SHIPPING & RETURNS

Dude we get it, we don't love paying for shipping either but somebody has to take one for the team... and it won't be us. All orders are sent with (lots of) love from our Gold Coast office within 1-2 business days.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

We offer Standard ($8.95) and Express Shipping ($11.95) via Australia Post and because we love you so much, orders over $150 get free express shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only offer international shipping to New Zealand at a flat rate of $19.95. Please note customers are responsible for countries import duties and tax.

RETURNS

We hope you love your thankyouloveyoubye pieces but if you do wish to return them, kindly email us at thankyouloveyoubye.aus@gmail.com with your order number to process a return for store credit.

Returns must be processed within 14 days of purchase and return shipping is to be paid by the customer.

A store credit will be issued once the product is received in original condition and original packaging.

Your store credit will be equal to the product price (excluding shipping cost) and is valid for 2 years.
